Receipt scanning
You are standing at the till with a receipt in your hand. Instead of typing the amount, the shop and the date, you photograph it — and the app fills those fields in for you. Keeping books costs one photo instead of five fields, and the receipt itself stays attached to the expense.
How it works

On the home screen tap “+” and choose Receipt — the camera opens straight away.

Photograph the receipt. If it carries a fiscal QR code, the data is read from the code itself: instantly, with no network, and without using your AI allowance. With no code, image recognition takes over.

Check what was filled in, correct any field, and save. The expense appears in the list with the receipt on it — you can see it in the transaction’s details.
Which plan you need
Receipt scanning is part of Plus. On the free plan you can still attach a photo to an expense by hand — it is stored the same way, it is simply not read.
Worth knowing
- A photo leaves the device only when image recognition runs, and the app says so before the first scan. A QR receipt is not sent anywhere at all.
- Read something wrong? Correct the field like any other. Nothing is locked, and undo puts back every value the reading filled in.
- Several frames of one receipt are still one receipt: a long till roll can be photographed in parts, and each frame is removed on its own.
